DESCRIPTION:The Seal Beach Historic Resources Foundation offers guided tours of Old Town Seal Beach on the second Saturday of each month (from May-September). \nThe 60-90 minute walking tour on city sidewalks brings to life the development of “Mayberry by the Sea.” It’s a new way to experience Seal Beach — and a perfect chance to spend the afternoon enjoying all that Old Town Seal Beach has to offer. \nThe walk covers 6 city blocks\, on flat terrain. All ages and abilities are welcome\, as are pets on leash. The tour is free. Of course\, if you can help the foundation with a small donation\, we won’t object. \nRegistration is required (limit 16 people). All tours leave promptly at 1:00 P.M. from the Seal Beach Clock Tower at the foot of the Seal Beach Pier. Check-in begins at 12:45. There is plenty of street parking available with a two-hour maximum\, and there is also a paid parking lot below the Seal Beach Pier which can be accessed at 8th St. and Ocean Ave.

DESCRIPTION:Sat\, Jun 21\, 2025 at 11:00 AM\nAdd to calendar\n\n \nSt. Isidore Historical Plaza\, 10961 Reagan St\, Los Alamitos\, CA\, 90720\n\n\n\n\nParticipants attending the 2025 Tortilla Workshop will learn to make traditional corn and flour tortillas and take home a dozen. The Workshop will be held on Saturday\, June 21st from 11am – 2pm. Students are encouraged to bring an apron\, a rolling pin\, and a tortilla press for corn tortillas if they have one. All proceeds will go towards the support of St Isidore Historical Plaza. Tickets are $60.00 each and can be purchased at http://stisidorehistoricalplaza.org .
